Kevin Chang and Ann Wu have been promoted from counsels to partners of this firm since April 1, 2010. The promotion takes effect on April 1, 2010. Mr. Chang graduated from National Cheng-Chi University and received LL.M from National Chung Chen University. Mr. Chang’s areas of expertise are securities law, company law, commercial litigation, and asset purchase transactions. Ms. Wu graduated from National Cheng-Chi University and her areas of expertise are civil, criminal, and administrative litigations, insurance law and labor law.
