	We are very honored to announce that the former Taiwan High Court Judge Mr. Hu Tan has joined us as a Senior Partner and the Head of the Litigation Practice. Mr. Tan graduated from the National Chengchi University and received his M.L.I. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He has diverse experience in criminal practice and has represented clients in major securities cases involving breach of trust, insider trading and other complex criminal proceedings.
	LCS has recruited more top guns to strengthen our litigation practices! We are very pleased to announce that the former Taipei District Court Judge Adam Yang has joined the firm. Yang graduated from National Taipei University and received his L.L.M. from Cornell University Law School. Adam is focused his practices on civil and commercial litigations, particularly in the areas of management disputes, securities disputes, maritime law, insurance and intellectual property law.
	We are pleased to announce that LCS has won ALB’s 2013 “Best Employer” for law firms in Taiwan.
	LCS was awarded with 2013 “Capital Markets Law Firm of the Year”, “Real Estate Law Firm of the Year”, “Trusts Law Firm of the Year” and “Energy Law Firm of the Year” in Taiwan by Corporate INTL.
	Tan Hu, former judge at the Taiwan High Court, joined LCS as the Senior Partner and Head of Litigation Practice since February 1, 2013.
	The International Bar Association selected LCS as the Taiwan correspondent firm in their anti-trust quarterly publication.
	LCS was selcted as the 2012 Best Firm in Taiwan by Euromoney Legal Media Group in its second annual the Asia Women in Business Law Awards.
	Our Senior Counsel, Dr. Pijan Wu, delivered a speech regarding the Taiwan-China Bilateral Investment Agreement at the seminar held by the ROC Ministry of Economic Affairs.
