We are very honored to announce that the former Taiwan High Court Judge Mr. Hu Tan has joined us as a Senior Partner and the Head of the Litigation Practice. Mr. Tan graduated from the National Chengchi University and received his M.L.I. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He has diverse experience in criminal practice and has represented clients in major securities cases involving breach of trust, insider trading and other complex criminal proceedings.
LCS has recruited more top guns to strengthen our litigation practices! We are very pleased to announce that the former Taipei District Court Judge Adam Yang has joined the firm. Yang graduated from National Taipei University and received his L.L.M. from Cornell University Law School. Adam is focused his practices on civil and commercial litigations, particularly in the areas of management disputes, securities disputes, maritime law, insurance and intellectual property law.
