Our capital markets practice team constantly represents domestic and foreign companies in their IPO and SPO projects in Taiwan. Notably, we represented the first U.S. company, the first PRC company, the first Vietnam company and the first Cambodia company in their IPO and listing projects on Taiwan Stock Exchange. In 2023 and 2024 consecutively, LCS was awarded the Capital Markets Contribution Law Firm by Taiwan Stock Exchange. In 2024, our capital markets team represented Wiwynn Corp. in its ECB and GDR offering project, which was the largest offshore securities offering in the history of capital markets of Taiwan as of the end of 2024.
