We represented NVIDIA in a significant strategic investment in MediaTek (TWSE 2454) through the purchase of USD 3.5 billion Convertible Bonds issued by MediaTek. This transaction marks the first strategic investment in Taiwan by NVIDIA, enhancing the relationship between the two companies from technology collaboration to a closer capital investment partnership. It also represents, to date, the largest overseas securities offering by Taiwanese listing companies.
